Public Attitudes towards Climate Change in Poland: The Silent Majority Report

Our newly released report shows that public concern about climate change and its harmful impacts in Poland remains high. In line with this general sentiment, the majority of Poles keep supporting climate policy. What catches our attention is the “I don’t know” tribe – a growing share of people who have become indifferent towards climate action. Nevertheless, there are no significant signs of opposition to climate action in Poland.

Methodology Note: We have been tracking climate change attitudes biannually in Poland since February 2023, with the latest survey conducted in July 2025. Each wave includes around 1,000 respondents, and the data is weighted to be nationally representative. The survey’s margin of error is +/- 3.1%. The next wave of data collection is planned for Dec/Jan of 2025/2026.
