Research Lead

Bernard is a strategy and communications consultant professional who has spent the last decade focused primarily on climate change and the energy transition, both as a consultant to the non-profit sector and before that as director of communications at the Pembina Institute. Prior to that, he was heavily involved in voter engagement and open data initiatives, including co-founding Open North and conducting field research for Elections Canada.
